Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing or using the Oblivion recruitment platform ("the Service") provided by Oblivion Technologies LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Oblivion provides recruitment agency management software including ATS, CRM, compliance tracking, invoicing, shift management, and WhatsApp integration. The Service is provided on a subscription basis as agreed at onboarding.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter contracts on behalf of your organisation
- You must not share accounts or use the platform to process data for organisations other than your own (unless on a white-label plan)
4. Payment
Subscription fees are as agreed at onboarding. We will provide written confirmation of all fees before charging. You may cancel at any time; no refunds are issued for partial subscription periods except at our discretion.
5. Data and Privacy
You remain the data controller for all worker and candidate data you enter into the platform. We act as data processor. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service to: process unlawful data, send unsolicited communications, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
7. Warranties and Liability
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our liability to you in any month is limited to the fees paid in that month. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For UK customers, applicable UK consumer rights are not affected.
9. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance.
